What are the benefits of an AITech Extended Warranty Plan?

With AITech's 1 or 2 Year Extended Warranty Plan, if your product fails to operate for any covered reason, AITech will repair or replace the product. Parts and labor are fully covered. The term of this plan is 1 or 2 years and commences after the expiration of our original 1 year warranty period.

How do I request a Repair?

Simply e-mail AITech's Technical Support and provide us with your Extended Warranty Plan number. It's that easy! Once the repair is requested, you will be provided with an authorization number to ship the product to us by your preferred carrier. The customer is only responsible for the cost of shipping the product to the AITech Warranty Center for quick repair. When the repair is completed the unit will be shipped via UPS ground to you. All charges for packaging, insurance and shipping the product back to you are fully covered by your Extended Warranty Plan.

What happens if my product is beyond repair or a discontinued item?

If AITech deems that the item is beyond economical repair, the item will be replaced with the same or equivalent model.

How quickly can I expect to receive service?

After your product is received at the AITech Warranty Center, most repairs are completed and shipped out UPS Ground within 5 days.
