Methods of Payment
AITech Yahoo Store accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Cashier Check, and PayPal. No card will be charged until we're ready to ship. We do verify your credit card validity over different names/address on bill-to & ship-to. Orders must be shipped to the same address as the billing address for the
card. Our order form is Secure so please enter the card information with no fear of compromise.
Order Processing
Orders are usually shipped the next business day (within 24 hours) depending on time of receipt, and if there are no problems with the order. Our daily cut-off for same day shipment is 11:00am (Pacific Time).
Bill-to & Ship-to
To prevent credit card fraud, we verify that the ship-to address is the same as the card's billing address. You will be notified by e-mail if your ship-to address is different than the address your credit card company has on file as your bill-to address. For expediting your order, please enter your bill-to address the way your credit card company has it.
Back-Order
From time to time an item may be out of stock. If this is the case, we'll notify you within one business day (24hrs) after receipt of your order. It will be your decision on backordering or order cancellation. We won't charge your credit card until an item is ready to ship.
Shipping
All items that are immediately available will be shipped on the next business day. All orders are shipped by United Parcel Service (UPS). No weekend order processing or delivery.
Shipping Rate & sales tax
Our shipping prices are determined by
UPS' official shipping table. All orders shipped to California, will be charged 8.25% Sales tax on the total order excluding shipping charge.
Return

Refunds
All returns for refund are subject to a restocking fee of 15%.No return accepted after 30 days. Returns require a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). RMA's can be obtained by e-mailing E-mail Us
Warranty
New products carry a one year warranty from the date of purchase. If you wish to return any product for repair or replacement you must get an RMA from AITech before returning the product to us. In order to get an RMA number you must e-mail our Tech Support Department. The only person who can authorize an RMA for warranty repair is an AITech Tech Support Representative. Please do not send products of any kind to AITech if they do not have an RMA number plainly displayed on the outside of the package as they will be refused by the receiving department, and returned to you.
Discontinued Products:
All Sales are
Final. All products purchased through the AITech Web Store marked as "discontinued" are sold "as
is". All products are new unless otherwise stated in the product
description. Products may be returned for repair, replacement or exchange within 30 days of purchase.
Discontinued products come with Limited Tech Support. Tech Support for these items is limited to e-mail only, and the FAQ's on AITech's website. Please do not telephone for technical support on discontinued products.
All products carry a 30 day warranty from date of receipt. All sales are final. Products may be returned for repair, replacement or exchange within 30 days of purchase at buyer's expense by the following steps:
One or more of the following conditions must apply:
Item is unopened.
Item is defective.
Wrong item delivered, and is unopened.
Instructions
E-mail E-mail Us, describe the problem with the product. If the above conditions apply, you will be sent an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization) and shipping instructions. Purchaser is responsible for shipping charges to ship the product to AITech. AITech is responsible for charges to ship the repaired or replaced product.
Write the RMA# on outside of box. Please use large text. WE REFUSE ALL PACKAGES WITHOUT RMA# CLEARLY WRITTEN ON OUTSIDE OF BOX.
